By using the website or services of Expert Screen Repair MI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide cell phone, tablet, laptop, and game console repair services (including screen, battery, charging port, and HDMI port repairs) across Redford and Wayne County, Michigan. All repairs are subject to part availability and device compatibility.

Pricing and Payment

We provide a price quote before beginning any repair work. The final price will match the quote unless unexpected hardware damage is discovered during diagnostics, in which case we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Payment is due at completion of repair. We accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, and digital payments.

Damage Liability

We carry professional liability insurance. While we take every precaution to secure and protect your device, we are not responsible for pre-existing internal board failures, software data loss, or bootloop issues that occur during hardware diagnostics. We strongly advise backing up all data before submitting your device for repair.

Cancellation

If you cancel a repair after diagnostics have begun, a diagnostic fee may apply. No cancellation charge applies if you cancel before we begin working on your device.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation is unsafe (active fire, hostile environment, vehicle in active traffic that cannot be safely accessed). We may also recommend that police, fire, or other emergency services be involved before we dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided plus reasonable damage repair through our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
